On this page, we will go through how the whole process works – from the initial contact to delivery.
We start by booking a meeting (in-person, online, or via phone) where you can tell us about your business, your products/services, and your target audience. We also discuss your goals for the website, desired features (such as a webshop, appointment booking, forms), and a general idea of the information you want to include. If you already have a website, we will review it together.
We also discuss your graphic profile. Do you have an existing one? Is there a logo? Do you have any color preferences?
If you have examples of other websites that you like (they don’t have to be in the same industry) feel free to show them to us, or if you have magazines, brochures, images, or other sources of inspiration, please share them with us.
We create a design proposal (homepage) to showcase how your new website could look. It’s crucial that you love the look and feel of your new website, so the design proposal is adjusted until everything feels just right.
You will receive the design proposal via email, including a link and a password to access the page.
We will also send you a quote for the cost of your new website, and you don’t need to approve the quote until you are 100% satisfied with your design proposal.
In order to build your website, we need materials and content from you. Please refer to the detailed information provided here. In most cases, it’s convenient to send the materials to us via email, but if necessary, we can assist in finding a file-sharing method that suits your needs. We always provide tips and advice throughout the process and maintain ongoing communication and check-ins with you during the website development.
When your website is ready, it’s time to go live! Your website is published, and any final adjustments are made to ensure everything is in place. This includes setting up Google Analytics for visitor statistics and configuring performance and security settings. Once your website is live, your support agreement begins, with full terms and conditions provided.

The following is required from you as a client before starting the process of building your new website:
If you already have a website, you have a registered domain name (www.yourwebsite.com) and a web hosting provider. We will need information about where the domain is registered, which web hosting provider you are using, and the login credentials. This information is necessary for us to publish the website once it is ready.
If you do not have a domain name and web hosting, we can assist you in registering them.
We need to receive your logo in a high-resolution format, preferably as an .SVG, .EPS, or .AI file.
For images, the higher the resolution, the better. We will resize the images to the appropriate size.
IMPORTANT! You must have the right to use the images you send to us, and you are responsible for this. You cannot simply take images from Google without proper authorization.
